The staff was welcoming and accommodating with advice and suggestions. It was in a central location, close to the hike for Musala Peak. the restaurant food was outstanding.

It was a comfortable hotel in a very quiet area, next to the gondola to the hike for Musala Peak, restaurants and lifts, and the center of the resort. There were an iron and ironing board, an electronic key card, and coffee/tea makers in my studio suite. The location was great, the staff was accommodating!

overall it was nice, with a private bathroom. the place had a quiet atmosphere.

The location was peaceful, just a walk down to everywhere we wanted to go. the hotel is located in a quiet area, right by the center of the resort, the supermarket, and the gondola to the hike for Musala Peak and the outskirts of Borovec.

We had a great time at the hotel and can't wait to return. Loved our 5-night stay. the microwave, sofa bed, and central heating in our double room were very helpful during our stay. the bed was exceptionally comfortable, especially for those with back pain.

The venue met our requirements. We greatly enjoyed our stay, everything was spotless. the staff were friendly and amicable. It is based in a big building in a marvelous location, close to the ski lifts.

This hotel met the purpose in every way, would recommend. Liked our 5 nights here. Overall it was large and brand-new with good equipment. the staff was amicable, welcoming, and responded promptly to requests. the location was good and perfect, a walking distance from the old town.

Aesthetically pleasing room equipped with a shower, hairdryer, and fluffy bath sheets in the private bathroom 🛁. the atmosphere was peaceful and calm.

The rooms here are very nice with a peaceful balcony and have good equipment; the staff is friendly and helpful.

Conveniently located near the town center, this place is a stone's throw away from the seven lakes and Rila Monastery. Plus, you can easily access the gondola from here. 🏔️

Stayed at Hq Apartments Villa Park for a few nights and had a fantastic experience. The host Ana was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, especially considering the price. Having a cooker and a microwave in the room was a big plus, allowing us to easily cook and warm up our food. The location was very convenient, being just a 5-minute walk into town. a great stay and definitely a place we would stay at again!

Spacious room with a small balcony, kitchenette and fridge. Helpful host, friendly owners. Excellent value for money. Walking distance to the center. Summer activities include climbing Mount Musala or hiking the seven lakes in Rilla mountains. Suitable for a family of 4 or two couples. Well-equipped with electrical appliances. Quiet location with parking.

Felt at home, no reason to complain.
